All deposits must originate from a payment account held in the Player's own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, zeus38 excludes all liability for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or any other intangible loss — even if zeus38 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Where zeus38 is found liable to a Player for any cause of action under or related to these Terms, the total aggregate liability of zeus38 shall not exceed the total net deposits made by the Player to their zeus38 account during the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
